Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for a full-time position with partner school districts in the Rutledge, GA area. We are seeking licensed professionals who are passionate about helping students build functional skills and succeed in their educational environments.

Position Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Georgia state and local requirements, including:

• Active Georgia Occupational Therapy License issued by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate)

• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

• Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance through the Georgia Department of Education

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• School-based experience preferred but not required

Typical Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students in school-based settings

• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to promote student access and independence

• Document student progress, therapy sessions, and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions

• Recommend adaptive tools, modifications, and interventions to support student success
