Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy License

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• NBCOT certification

• Clear background check and fingerprint clearance per Minnesota Department of Education regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills to promote academic engagement

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals aligned with students' IEPs or 504 plans

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to integrate therapy into the classroom environment
