School Based Occupational Therapist Needed

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for a school-based position in Salem, Oregon for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. Be part of a collaborative and student-centered environment dedicated to improving academic and developmental outcomes.

Job Duties:

• Deliver occupational therapy services per students’ IEPs.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments.

• Develop and implement therapy interventions and strategies.

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate service documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapy License through the Occupational Therapy Licensing Board of Oregon (OTLB).

• Must be eligible or hold a TSPC School-Based License if required by the district.

• NBCOT certified.

• At least 1 year of experience in a pediatric or school setting.
