Job Description:
BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for both on-site and travel opportunities in the San Antonio, TX area. This is a full-time role for the upcoming school year, working closely with students, families, and educational teams to support students’ physical, cognitive, and sensory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs and district guidelines

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents

• Travel to multiple campuses if needed (for travel role)

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Texas OT License

• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to travel between school sites if applicable
