Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are currently hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to work within a school district in San Francisco, California. This role focuses on supporting students' motor, sensory, and functional development to help them fully participate in the school environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting. New graduates and those without school-based experience are encouraged to apply; training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine occupational therapy needs within the school environment

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational teams

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to support student development

• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to promote student success

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

• Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet a wide range of student needs

• School-based experience is not required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay at $65 per hour, with increases based on experience
