Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: San Francisco, California

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a school district team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will support students’ motor, sensory, and functional development to help them fully engage in their educational environment.

This position is a great opportunity for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in schools. New graduates and those without prior school-based experience are encouraged to apply, as training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify occupational therapy needs within the school setting

• Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational teams

• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to support student growth

• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development

• Work closely with teachers, families, and other providers to promote student success

• Keep thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current California Occupational Therapy license

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs

• School-based experience is not required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $65 per hour, with increases based on experience
