We are actively hiring a dedicated and experienced School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our educational team in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time, onsite position involves working with a K–12 caseload, helping students build the skills they need to succeed in both academic and daily life activities.

Position Overview:

• Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Location: Santa Ana, CA

• Caseload: K–12

• Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional needs within the school setting

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student goals are met

• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Valid California OT license

• School-based experience is highly preferred

• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

• Passion for supporting student development and independence
