Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team within a school district in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students' motor, sensory, and functional development, enabling them to fully participate in their educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine their occupational therapy needs within the school environment.
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to foster student growth.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other service providers to enhance student success.
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Washington Occupational Therapy license.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse student needs.
• Previous school-based experience is not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $57 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.
