Job Title: Occupational Therapist

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students' motor, sensory, and functional development, enabling them to fully participate in their educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to determine their occupational therapy needs within the school environment.
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services to foster student growth.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other service providers to enhance student success.
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Washington Occupational Therapy license.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse student needs.
- Previous school-based experience is not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay of $57 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.
