Occupational Therapist (OT) - Seattle, WA

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a respected school district in Seattle, WA, to hire a dedicated Occupational Therapist for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a great opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ development and success.

Location: Seattle, WA
School Year: 2025–2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Starting Rate: $48/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized therapy services to students with physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges

• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

• Active OT license in the state of Washington

• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
