Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based position in Seattle, Washington for the 2025–2026 school year. Join a collaborative and student-focused team dedicated to promoting independence and functional success for learners of all abilities.

This role offers the chance to make a daily impact through hands-on interventions, support for educators, and meaningful engagement with students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students

• Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations

• Conduct evaluations and assess students’ motor, sensory, and functional needs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary support teams

• Maintain timely, compliant documentation per district and state standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Washington OT License

• NBCOT Certification

• School-based experience preferred, but not required
