Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time Soldotna, AK

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for a full-time position with partner school districts in the Soldotna, AK area. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about helping students develop essential life skills and achieve greater independence.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Alaska Occupational Therapy License issued by the Alaska Board of Occupational Therapy

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate)

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by Alaska state regulations

• School-based experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify student needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in school settings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Recommend adaptive tools, modifications, and strategies to enhance student engagement

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services and student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning discussions
