School Occupational Therapist | Swanzey, New Hampshire

This opportunity is based near Swanzey, NH, working hands-on with two dynamic charter school campusesthe Gathering Waters locations in Keene (grades 5 and up) and Surry Village Charter Schools lower grades in nearby Surry, only a short drive apart.

As a valued colleague, you will collaborate closely with school leadership to design a weekly schedule that matches both school and personal preferences. Your services will include a blend of direct therapy sessions and consultative support designed to maximize student independence and classroom integration.

What were looking for:

• Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy certification
• Prior experience in school-based OT settings highly preferred
• Strong ability to manage direct sessions and consultative services across multiple sites
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible, positive attitude and adept at scheduling across different campus environments
• Reliable transportation to move between Keene and Surry as needed

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs, with established frequencies at each campus
• Consulting regularly with staff and families to share strategies, progress, and recommendations
• Documenting intervention sessions and progress monitoring in accordance with school requirements
• Participating in school meetings and supporting staff development related to occupational therapy best practices
