Occupational Therapist School Setting - Tempe, AZ

Youll assess and treat students with a variety of needs, collaborating with educators and families to ensure each child thrives. The position covers 19 hours per week over 3 to 4 days, spanning from July 2024 through the school year.

Requirements:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Occupational Therapist license
State licensure/certification
Experience in a school setting

What youll do:
Evaluate and treat students with physical, cognitive, and sensory challenges
Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals
Deliver therapeutic interventions and document progress
Conduct training and provide strategies for school staff to facilitate student success
Maintain effective communication with families and team members
