Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Virginia OT license from the Virginia Board of Medicine
- Must be licensed as a school-based practitioner by the Virginia Department of Education
- Previous experience in schools preferred
- Evaluate and treat students with fine motor, sensory, or physical challenges
- Develop and implement IEP goals and monitor progress
- Collaborate with families, staff, and administrators to support student success
- Maintain therapy documentation and compliance with school and legal standards
- Contribute to school-based teams and professional learning initiatives
