State and Federal Requirements:
Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
NBCOT certification
Background check and fingerprint clearance
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Description:
Evaluate students to determine functional and developmental levels
Develop and implement therapy plans
Provide direct and consultative services to support IEP goals
Document progress and collaborate with IEP team members
