An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Occupational Therapist who thrives in dynamic school environments. This contract position offers a full-time schedule, engaging with students from kindergarten through age 26 for the upcoming academic year. Based near Warren, MI, youll play a vital role in supporting students developmental and academic success from August 24, 2026 through June 10, 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
• Experience delivering OT services in educational settings
• Ability to support a diverse population of Kage 26 students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Must be available for onsite work only

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address students motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Implement direct therapy sessions tailored to IEP goals and age-specific requirements
• Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success and inclusion
• Document services, maintain thorough records, and contribute to eligibility and progress meetings
• Foster independence and engagement through therapeutic interventions and adaptive strategies
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based OT
