Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in school-based OT (elementary, middle, and/or high school preferred)

• Must cover $85 CBC fingerprinting fee and provide confirmation

• Not open to COTA candidates, as supervision is unavailable

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across assigned schools
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
