Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) – Short-Term Contract | Zionsville, IN

Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a part-time, school-based contract position in Zionsville, Indiana. This is a short-term assignment for the upcoming school year, running from August 1, 2025 through November 7, 2025.

To be considered, applicants must meet all local and state licensure requirements for practicing as an OT in Indiana public schools. Experience with special education students and families is highly preferred, along with a strong ability to collaborate in an educational setting.

Position Overview:

• Part-time, contract position

• Short-term: August 1, 2025 – November 7, 2025

• School-based environment

• Potential for contract renewal based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students

• Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families

• Assist students in developing fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and independence in daily activities

• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery

• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based intervention planning
