We are seeking professionals who are committed to helping students achieve their goals through evidence-based therapeutic services within a collaborative educational environment.

• Contract Renewals: Based on performance and district needs

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following local and state requirements to be considered:

• Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist License

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university

• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based service delivery

• Successful completion of all district-specific background checks and clearances

• Compliance with Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct occupational therapy services as outlined in students' IEPs

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to foster student success

• Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

• Support students in developing functional skills for academic and daily life success
