Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for a full-time opportunity with school districts in the Albemarle, NC area. Qualifications & Requirements:

To apply, applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

• Ability to obtain necessary clearances as required by the district

• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs through comprehensive evaluations to determine therapy requirements

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions based on student needs

• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy activities

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success

• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
