Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic school district team in Phoenix, Arizona, for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs.

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student development.

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required.

• Promote sensory, fine motor, and daily living skills to improve student success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active Arizona OT license (or eligibility to obtain by start date).

• Prior school-based experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
