Occupational Therapist (OT) FMLA Leave Coverage (Full-Time) | Naperville, IL

Blazer Jobs is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide full-time FMLA leave coverage from October 13 to December 19, 2025, supporting students in Naperville, Illinois. This position involves working onsite at three schools within the district.

Job Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

• FMLA leave coverage position

• Onsite therapy delivery at three school locations

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Illinois OT license

• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy required

• Ability to travel between multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Deliver student-centered occupational therapy services

• Complete required documentation and progress notes

• Collaborate effectively with school teams
