About the Role

As a Paraprofessional in Alpharetta, GA, you will collaborate with teachers to assist with classroom instruction, provide individualized academic support, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom activities

• Provide one-on-one and small group academic support to students

• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs

• Support classroom management and encourage positive behavior

• Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment

• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and activities

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

• Patience, flexibility, and a focus on student success

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus but not required
