Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom activities
Provide one-on-one and small group academic support to students
Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
Support classroom management and encourage positive behavior
Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment
Assist with daily routines, transitions, and activities
We’re looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are passionate about working with students and are eager to support educational excellence.
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
Patience, flexibility, and a focus on student success
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus but not required
