This contract opportunity offers the chance to work weekdays from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM, with a start date of September 8, 2026, concluding December 7, 2026. You will have the chance to make a tangible impact across grade levels as you assist students with diverse needs. Candidates must meet Highly Qualified Paraprofessional status before their application can be considered. This can be accomplished in either of two ways: (1) by passing the Minnesota Para Educator Exam, or (2) submitting official transcripts demonstrating completion of at least 60 college credits.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current resume (must be included with application)
• Highly Qualified documentation: either (a) a passing score sheet from the MN Para Educator Exam or (b) official college transcripts showing at least 60 credits (diplomas/degrees cannot substitute)
• Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in alternative or special education settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to be direct-hired by the district after 422 contract hours
• Dependability, patience, and a passion for helping every student succeed
