Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• State Paraprofessional Certification or fulfillment of state requirements is essential.
• Previous experience supporting K-12 students in 1:1 situations or specialized classroom settings highly preferred.
• An understanding of individualized learning plans and a passion for student success.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and professionalism for the demands of a district-wide role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in various learning environments.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other support staff to deliver targeted interventions.
• Implement instructional strategies and activities tailored to individual student needs.
