Full-Time Paraprofessional – Anoka, MN

Blazer Jobs is hiring a full-time paraprofessional to join a student-centered district in Anoka, Minnesota. Located just outside Minneapolis, Anoka offers small-town charm with urban accessibility and a strong community focus on education.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must meet one of the following MN requirements: two years of postsecondary education, an associate degree, or passing score on a ParaPro Assessment

• Experience working with children or students with disabilities is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with licensed educators to provide academic and behavioral support

• Monitor student progress and assist with classroom activities

• Promote student engagement and inclusion in all school settings

• Help maintain student safety throughout the school day
