Multiple positions are available in resource programming, Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) centerbase programming, and Ready Set LAUNCH centerbase programming. Start your assignment as soon as possible and make a lasting impact through the end of the academic year, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 32.5 hours per week. This role requires flexibility and dedication, including the willingness to assist with toileting as part of daily support responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Must be highly qualified by ONE of the following: Passing the MN Para Educator Exam (attach proof with application) At least 60 college credits (attach official college transcripts)
• Strong commitment to providing care and instructional support to students
• Experience or interest in working with special education populations is a plus
• Ability to follow IEP accommodations and individualized learning plans
• Team-oriented attitude and clear communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers and students in both academic and behavioral programming
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as assigned
• Follow protocols for personal hygiene support, including toileting, as needed
• Collaborate with educational staff to implement lesson plans
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
