Qualifications and Experience:

• Current paraprofessional certification is required
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
• Strong organizational skills and a flexible approach to challenges
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting student learning

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students needing extra help
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under supervision
• Foster a respectful, safe, and positive learning environment
• Supervise students during transitions, activities, and recess or lunch breaks
• Contribute to documentation and progress tracking as needed
