Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Prior experience as a school-based paraprofessional
• Comfort working with students receiving special education services
• Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering as needed
• Ability to obtain and complete necessary PA clearances
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable transportation for daily onsite attendance

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Offer supportive, hands-on 1:1 assistance to a student throughout the school day
• Encourage student engagement and help facilitate participation in classroom activities
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to help meet individualized educational goals
• Assist with mobility, toileting, and diapering needs with professionalism and sensitivity
