Qualifications:

• Hold valid Missouri substitute certification or paraprofessional certification
• Experience or strong interest working with elementary-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in both functional skills and resource classrooms
• Assist teachers with preparing learning materials and delivering instruction

• Support students individually or in small groups, according to established educational plans
• Encourage positive behavior and social-emotional development
• Attend relevant meetings and participate in ongoing training as needed
