• Implement accommodations, especially during testing
• Encourage positive behavior, support minor behavioral needs, and facilitate emotional regulation (e.g., calm down corners)
• Foster a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for learning
• Collaborate with educators to deliver effective individualized support
• Safely escort students between classrooms as needed
