Make an immediate impact supporting students with moderate to high-intensity needs as an ABA Paraprofessional in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity places you in a robust para pool, working hands-on alongside K-12 students with autism and behavioral challenges. Flexibility and readiness are key herepositions are filled on a first-completed, first-placed basis, and orientation is required before your assignment begins.

What were looking for:

• Minimum 1+ years experience as a paraprofessional in a PreK-12 special education classroom, specifically with students exhibiting autism, aggressive/self-injurious behaviors, and intensive safety needs
• Demonstrated expertise with MDS, ADL, AS3, and behavioral interventions in school settings
• Comfortable with 1:1 support and highly structured environments, including implementing safety strategies for students with significant needs
• Willingness to assist with hands-on care: toileting, diapering, feeding, transfers, and active supervision
• Must reside within 35 minutes of the coverage area and have reliable transportation
• Able to work a full-time schedule: 37.5 hours/week, with availability between 6:45 AM and 4:01 PM (actual shift may vary by assignment)
• Ready to attend a mandatory orientation week before starting, with all clearances completed and approved in advance
• Satisfies (or willing to quickly complete) PA state paraprofessional qualification requirements
