? What You'll Do as a Paraprofessional

As a Paraprofessional, you’ll work closely with certified teachers to:

• Assist with classroom instruction and student learning

• Provide one-on-one and small group academic support

• Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Support positive behavior and classroom management

• Help students with transitions, routines, and daily activities

• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

? Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in working with children

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience as a paraprofessional, tutor, or childcare worker

• Familiarity with special education or behavior intervention plans

• Knowledge of classroom routines and educational tools
