Instructional Aide in Bristol, NH

Based near Bristol, NH, youll work full-time, Monday through Friday, from August 2026 through June 2027, providing essential assistance within a high school caseload environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment preferred
• Understanding of student support strategies and classroom management
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and patience when working with diverse student needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support high school students learning under the direction of educators and special education staff
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt instructional materials as needed
• Help maintain a safe and encouraging classroom environment
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to reinforce student learning
• Track student progress and communicate regularly with classroom teachers and specialists
• Assist with classroom management, organization, and supervision during activities
