As a Paraprofessional in Brookline, you will work closely with teachers to support classroom instruction, assist students with academic and behavioral needs, and help create an inclusive, welcoming environment. This role is key in ensuring that students of all backgrounds and abilities have the support they need to succeed.

Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Start Date: Immediate openings
Assist with classroom instruction and preparation of learning activities
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in need of academic help
Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
Promote positive classroom behavior and assist with classroom management
Help foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment for all students
Support students with daily routines, transitions, and activities
We’re seeking individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to creating a positive educational experience for students.
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow teacher instructions and work effectively within a team
Patience, empathy, and a student-centered attitude
Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is helpful but not required
