Position Overview

• Start/End Date: August 19, 2025 – June 12, 2026

• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
  (Typical hours may range from 7:30 AM–5:30 PM depending on school site)

• Setting: 1:1 support for students in resource rooms, self-contained classrooms, and those with cognitive or emotional impairments

• Duties include:

  • Assisting with toileting/diapering and other daily living skills

  • Supporting students with aggressive behaviors or emotional challenges

  • Providing individualized support similar to a health aide role

Requirements

Candidates must meet at least ONE of the following:

• 60 semester hours of college credit

• An Associate’s Degree or higher

• A passing score on the ETS Paraprofessional Assessment

Experience working with students with aggressive behaviors is required.
