Full-Time Paraprofessional Opening | 1:1 Support | K-12 Caseload | Chester, PA

Blazer Jobs is now interviewing qualified paraprofessionals for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Chester, PA for the 2025–2026 school year. We are partnering with a supportive school district to fill 10 openings that serve students 1:1 across K-12 classrooms, with an emphasis on SPED and behaviorally challenged populations.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and a strong commitment to supporting student success in an urban school setting.

Position Details:

• Location: Chester, PA (Onsite)

• Caseload: 1:1, K-12 students

• Start Date: August 25, 2025

• End Date: June 12, 2026

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

• Renewal: Based on performance and district needs

• Only 5 candidate submissions will be sent at a time per district request

• Strongly suited and credentialed candidates will be prioritized

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 instructional and behavioral support to assigned student(s)

• Assist classroom teachers with implementing accommodations and modifications

• Support students with daily tasks, transitions, and communication

• Monitor student behavior and implement behavior intervention strategies as directed

• Aid with toileting and diapering when necessary

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

• Communicate regularly with staff and advisory teams

State Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain or complete PA clearances

• All clearances must be dated within 1 year of start date
