Full-Time Paraprofessional – Chester, PA

Blazer Jobs is hiring full-time paraprofessionals to support school-based services in Chester, Pennsylvania, a historic city along the Delaware River with a strong community focus on equitable education.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must meet Pennsylvania Department of Education paraprofessional qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and experience with diverse student populations encouraged

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the academic, behavioral, and social needs of students

• Provide support for classroom routines and small group instruction

• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement accommodations

• Support students with IEPs or 504 Plans
