Blazer Jobs is seeking 10 qualified Paraprofessionals for full-time, school-based positions in Chester, PA for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. These roles are 1:1 student support positions within a K-12 caseload.

Position Details:

• Location: Chester, PA

• Start Date: August 25, 2025

• End Date: June 12, 2026

• Schedule: Full time, onsite only

• Caseload: 1:1 support for students across K-12

• Environment: Urban setting

• Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• CPR certification (can provide link to obtain if needed)

• Must be comfortable working with SPED and behaviorally challenged students

• Experience with toileting/diapering required

• Prior school-based experience required

• Must be able to obtain or provide up-to-date PA clearances (within 1 year)

• References required

• Must be open to district changes if needed

• Credentialed and strong-suited candidates will be prioritized

• Must disclose district upfront

• Interview will be conducted via Zoom
