As part of a team assisting virtual SLPs, youll help students prepare for their online speech sessions across several select locations and support classrooms when sessions are not in progress. Qualifications and Experience:

• Associates Degree or higher, or successful completion of the WorkKeys test
• Previous experience working within a school setting
• Capability to pass a fingerprinting and background check
• Flexibility to assist virtual SLPs and classroom teachers
• Strong communication skills and a positive, student-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in preparing for virtual SLP sessions, ensuring engagement and readiness
• Provide support to classroom teachers when virtual speech therapy is not occurring
• Navigate and split between up to four possible school locations as needed
• Partner with both onsite staff and remote SLPs for seamless service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a supportive environment for all students
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and adaptable learning atmosphere
