Paraprofessional – School-Based (Colorado)
Pay Starting at $22/hr | Full-Time | Onsite

BlazerJobs is seeking dedicated and experienced Paraprofessionals for school-based opportunities across the state of Colorado. This role is ideal for candidates who have at least one year of experience working in schools and are looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with diverse needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting is required

• Experience with significant/severe caseloads is strongly preferred

• Must have reliable personal transportation (bus, Uber, or taxi not accepted)

• Must be able to report to work by:

• 7:40 AM (Elementary Schools)

• 8:00 AM (Middle/High Schools)

Position Details:

• Grade levels: Open to Elementary, Middle, or High School

• Site assignments are based on candidate experience and preferences, following a successful interview

• Number of High School positions: TBD

• Caseload and site details will be provided after placement

• Candidates must be flexible—reassignments to different school sites or age groups may occur

• Fingerprinting is required immediately after offer acceptance (per district policy)

• Any misdemeanor or felony charges will result in disqualification
