Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Personal Care Assistants to join school districts in the Elizabethtown, PA area. This role is essential in providing students with the support they need to thrive academically and personally within the school environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist students with daily personal care needs, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding

• Support students with physical, developmental, or medical challenges to participate fully in school activities

• Follow individualized care plans developed in collaboration with families and school staff

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for students

• Monitor and report on student health and well-being to appropriate personnel

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success

Requirements:

• Meet all local and Pennsylvania state certification and licensing requirements for Personal Care Assistants

• Previous experience working with children requiring personal care preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality
