With six positions available, youll be part of a dedicated paraprofessional crew, ensuring essential classroom coverage during call-outs from now through June 2027. Work with students in special education classrooms, including those who require behavioral support, and take on a dynamic schedule where flexibility and a positive attitude are valued.

What Youll Bring:

• Must meet Minnesota Highly Qualified Para status: either passing the MN Paraprofessional Educator Exam or holding a minimum of 60 college credits (with official transcripts).
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly working with students with behavioral needs and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Comfortable with both 1:1 and classroom-wide support.
• Willing to assist with personal care and toileting as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel between district school sites.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting students and teachers in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to same-day classroom coverage needs in one of several district crews (Champlin Park, Coon Rapids, Blaine, Anoka, Andover, or Rivertrail Learning Center).
• Integrate quickly into different school teams and foster positive relationships with staff and students.
• Provide support for students with various learning, behavioral, and personal needs.
• Maintain proactive communication with crew supervisors and participate in daily scheduling updates via text.
• Uphold district and classroom behavior management protocols.
