About the Role:

The Paraprofessional will play a key role in supporting student learning and classroom instruction. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff, students, and families to help ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering instructional and behavioral support to students under the supervision of a certified teacher

• Help maintain accurate documentation and support classroom routines

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to reinforce individualized learning goals

• Promote student wellness, development, and academic progress in both group and one-on-one settings

• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Must meet New Hampshire’s requirements for paraprofessionals (such as completion of Paraeducator Certification or equivalent coursework/assessment)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred

• Experience working in a school or with children/adolescents preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
