Instructional Assistant - Enfield, New Hampshire

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in similar educational support roles
• Comfort and confidence working with middle and/or high school students
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students in a school setting
• Patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework or certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students during classroom activities and transitions throughout the school day
• Work individually and in small groups to reinforce academic lessons and social skills
• Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans and managing classroom behavior
• Provide encouragement, motivation, and timely assistance to help students access the curriculum
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
