Make a difference in the school community by supporting student success as a Paraprofessional Facilitator for the upcoming academic year. This contract role offers hands-on involvement as the on-site facilitator for a virtual School Psychologist or Speech-Language Pathologist, providing daily interaction and engagement with children in a K-12 setting. Youll work full-time, 35 hours a week, alongside dedicated educators in a vibrant and progressive learning environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Associates degree, a ParaPro assessment score of 450 or higher, or a minimum of 48 semester credit hours required
• Experience in a special education classroom is essential
• Willingness to complete all necessary credentialing steps, including district-specific drug screening and fingerprinting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, teachers, and related service providers
• Adaptability to support a virtual providers work and communicate directions to students with clarity and patience

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the virtual providers sessions onsite, ensuring technology access and student participation
• Supervise and assist students during virtual services and help implement individualized education plans as directed
• Offer daily support in classroom management, engagement, and instructional activities
• Serve as a positive, reliable adult presence to help students reach learning and behavioral goals
• Maintain detailed documentation as required by the educational team
