What You'll Do:

• Assist with the academic, behavioral, and physical support of 6th-8th grade students in a specialized classroom
• Work under the direction of licensed classroom teachers to deliver instructional and adaptive activities
• Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) under staff supervision
• Support students during classroom transitions and activities throughout the school day
• Foster a caring, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with teachers and school staff about student progress and needs

This contract position runs immediately through May 28, with a schedule of Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:40 am to 3:50 pm, and Wednesday from 9:40 am to 3:50 pm, for a total of 35 hours per week. The role offers a competitive rate of $54.00 per hour.
