Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in schools or youth-oriented environments highly preferred
• Willingness to engage with students both individually and in group settings
• Must possess a high school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education required)
• Three completed professional references, including your most recent manager, are required at the time of application
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work middle school hours (7:10am2:10pm) or high school hours (7:30am2:30pm), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers and students in either classroom or 1:1 settings, adapting to the needs of each assignment
• Assist with classroom management, instructional activities, and reinforcing learning concepts under teacher direction
• Support students with daily tasks, transitions, and fostering social-emotional growth
• Collaborate with educational staff to create a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

This assignment offers a consistent schedule at 32.5 hours per week, with a contract running through June 16, 2027.
