Location: Hollister, California
Schedule: 25/26 School year; Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Pay Range: $23 – $25/hour (based on experience)

Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a full-time School Paraprofessional to support students and staff in Hollister, CA. We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping students succeed in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the implementation of instructional plans and classroom activities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with academic or behavioral needs

• Support inclusive learning environments and help foster student independence

• Supervise students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, or other activities

• Assist with data collection and documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Paraprofessional certification or Associate’s degree required

• Previous experience working with school-aged children is a plus

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students

• Strong communication skills and a patient, student-focused attitude
