Location: North Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | 32.5-35 Hours per Week

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Paraprofessional to join a school district in North Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will provide classroom and 1:1 support for students with various educational and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom instruction and student support.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Support students with mild to moderate disabilities in academic and behavioral growth.
• Assist with daily classroom activities and ensure a structured learning environment.
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and school professionals.

Requirements:

- Must have an ACTIVE Substitute or Paraprofessional Certificate on DESE.
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred.
 - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 - Passion for helping students succeed in an educational setting.
